Refund policy
Refund Policy
We value every client and put great care into planning each event. Because event preparation requires time, resources, and vendor commitments, the following Refund Policy applies to all bookings:
1. Booking Fee
-
A non-refundable booking fee (amount based on your chosen package) is required to secure your date.
-
This fee covers initial planning, coordination, and reserving vendor availability.
-
Until this fee is paid, no design concepts, vendor bookings, or planning work will begin.
2. Deposits & Payments
-
A 50% deposit is due once your quote is approved.
-
All deposits and payments made toward your event are non-refundable.
-
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
3. Security Deposit
-
A 10% refundable security deposit (based on your total event cost) will be collected to cover damages.
-
This deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days after the event if no damages or losses occur.
-
If damages exceed the deposit, the client is responsible for covering the additional cost.
4. Rescheduling
-
Events must be booked at least 4–6 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings may not be accepted.
-
If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date.
-
Rescheduling is subject to availability and vendor approval.
-
Payments already made will be applied to the new date, but a rescheduling fee may apply if vendors charge additional costs.
5. Cancellations by Client
-
If the client cancels the event at any time, all payments made are forfeited.
-
This includes the booking fee, deposits, and any amounts already paid to secure vendors.
-
Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in the loss of all payments made.
⚠️ Important: Vendor payments are non-refundable once made. Once we commit funds to secure your vendors (catering, DJs, rentals, etc.), those amounts cannot be recovered.
6. Cancellations by Company
-
If we must cancel due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of payments made, including the booking fee.
-
If cancellation is due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), the Force Majeure clause applies, and refunds are not guaranteed.
-
If we are unable to move forward due to repeated indecision, failure to provide required information, or rude/disrespectful behavior, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement.
-
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued minus the value of time spent planning, coordination already completed, and any vendor payouts made on your behalf.
